[Cmul_merc] CMul lectures next week (March 18-19)

   Dear CMul students

   Next week (March 18-22, 2019), a general JPEG meeting will happen in 
Geneva, Switzerland.

   As you may see at https://jpeg.org/contact.html, I am currently one 
of the JPEG Chairs and thus I have special responsibilities at this meeting.

   I hope you understand that this type of positions and participations 
is important for the reputation of IST and, thus, the best national and 
international reputation of your graduation. Naturally, this implies 
that I will be in Switzerland next week.

   For this reason, I have to inform you that NEXT WEEK:

*  - The CMul theoretical lectures will be given by Prof. Catarina 
Brites who is an expert in video processing, so very competent for the 
task.*

   - There will be no practical or lab sessions next week.

   The week after, I will be around again ;-)
