[Cmul_merc] CMul lectures next week (May 13-17)

  Dear CMul students

  Next week (May 13-17), the biggest conference in the world on signal 
processing will happen in Brighton, UK, organized by the IEEE Signal 
Processing Society.  As you may see at 
https://signalprocessingsociety.org/our-story/board-governors, I am one 
of the Society Vice-Presidents and thus I have to be present.

  I hope you understand that this type of positions and participations 
are important for the reputation of IST and thus the good national and 
international reputation of your graduation.

  In this context, *the CMul theoretical lectures will still happen AS 
USUAL* and will be given by Prof. Catarina Brites who is an expert in 
video processing, so very competent for the task.

  Next week, there will be practical llecture on Tuesday. Please use the 
additional free time to advance your CMul project.

  After this period, I will be around again ;-)
