[Cmul_merc] IMPORTANT: CMul trial exam next Wednesday, June 17, 7pm ... better

  Dear CMul students,

  In order for everybody to be familiar with the online procedure the 
day of our first CMul exam (June 19, Friday, 11.30am), we will perform a 
trial exam next Wednesday, June 17, 7pm. This time was selected to avoid 
overlapping with other exams.

  Thus, I request all students who intend to participate in the first 
CMul exam, next Friday, to participate in this test.

  The trial exam will only include a single problem from one of the CMul 
exams from last year. You may try to solve it as good practice for the 
real exam.

  1) BEFORE EXAM - 10 minutes before the exam go to the Zoom session at 
https://videoconf-colibri.zoom.us/u/acW23OvwmB

shall put your video ON and adjust the camera in a way that you working 
environment is very clear in the video. You should continue in the Zoom 
session until the end of the exam. If you have any questions during the 
trial exam, please use the chat window and NEVER the audio to ask your 
questions.

2) TRIAL EXAM - The trial exam will start at 7pm, June 17, Wednesday. At 
that time, go to the CMul Web page in Fénix 
(https://fenix.tecnico.ulisboa.pt/disciplinas/CMul24/2019-2020/2-semestre) 
to the folder 'Text of Exams' and download the trial exam. You are given 
15 minutes to solve the problem. Your exam resolution shall consist on 2 
pages: on the first page, just write the date, your name and the IST 
number; on the second page, solve the problem in the exam or write at 
least the questions.

3) AFTER TRIAL EXAM - The trial exam will end at 7.15pm; after, you have 
15 minutes to upload the scanning of your trial exam resolution. To do 
this, you should:

      A) take 2 pictures of the 2 pages of your trial exam with the 
CamScanner application;  don't forget to install and test the 
application before the  exam; please see

     B) Convert the 2 pictures to a single pdf file with the CamScanner 
application and send the single pdf file to your email.

*    C) Upload the pdf file to Fénix under 'Submeter' - Projectos' - 
'Comunicação Multimédia' - 'CMul Exam Trial' before 7.30pm. If you don't
