With some delay resulting from holidays WE propose to slightly reshape our parts as described in the attachment.

 

The items 2-6 are treating with coding. We would also contribute to acquisition (item 1) but it is not the issue of compression.

Dear colleagues,

 

Please see attached a new version for the Table of Contents (first page), as well as the chapter template.

 

Briefly, the changes are based on the following suggestions (proposed by e-mail and at the last TF meeting):

- To make the terms and nomenclatures more consistent throughout the chapter;

- To make clearer the difference between the emerging 3D technologies and used nomenclatures.

 

Also, in order to facilitate the delivery of the first version of the chapter, it was defined a responsible member to coordinate the writing of each section.

The (suggested) responsible name for each section is underlined in the Table of Contents. Please let me know if you do not agree with the names.

 

Please remember that the deadline for the first version of the chapter is 1st September 2015.

Thank you all for sending the inputs for our book chapter.

 

Based on the sent topics (and their estimated sizes), the chapter might have about 50 to 60 pages.

 

Please see attached a document with the proposed Table of Contents (first page), as well as the manuscript template using Springer’s publishing format (remaining pages).

 

Please feel free to make amendments and suggestions to this first draft.

I would very much appreciate if you could send me any feedback by MONDAY 08 JUNE, so as to move toward our next action point.
