[Coregroup-3d-coding] Book Chapter – Proposed Table of Contents

Dear colleagues,


Please see attached a new version for the Table of Contents (first page),
as well as the chapter template.


Briefly, the changes are based on the following suggestions (proposed by
e-mail and at the last TF meeting):

- To make the terms and nomenclatures more consistent throughout the
chapter;

- To make clearer the difference between the emerging 3D technologies and
used nomenclatures.


Also, in order to facilitate the delivery of the first version of the
chapter, it was defined a responsible member to coordinate the writing of
each section.

The (suggested) responsible name for each section is underlined in the
Table of Contents. Please let me know if you do not agree with the names.


Please remember that the deadline for the first version of the chapter is *1st
September 2015*.
