[Coregroup-3d-coding] TF meeting (Ljubljana, 11th November 2015) - Minutes

Dear colleagues,

Thank you for attending the last TF meeting in Ljubljana, and sorry for the
delay sending the outcomes of this meeting.
The meeting was focused on gathering information for the outcomes of our
Task Force, as well as on organizing our three book chapters.

Please see below the main points discussed:

1st) We have defined a person who will be responsible for organizing each
chapter and for delivering it on time:
*Chapter 1 (“Emerging Imaging Technologies: Trends and Challenges”)*: *Marek

2nd) Based on the estimated date for submission of the Book, please take
into consideration the following deadlines for the chapters:
First Draft (Gathering all contributions): *December 21, 2015*
Advanced Draft (Ready for final review): *January 20, 2016*
Final Version:

*February 5, 2016*
3rd) Our next TF meeting will take place in Rome, on *February 5, 2016*.
The meeting will be intended to:
- Final check on the three book chapters for submission;
- Discussion about our participation in the forthcoming “ICME Challenge on
Light-Field Image Compression” and JPEG Pleno activities;
- Discussion about our plan for the next period;
