[Coregroup-3d-coding] Rescheduling TF online meeting (October 5-8)

Dear All,



Regarding our online meeting for preparing the chapter proposal, the
previously proposed schedule (September 28-29) was postponed due to
difficulty in finding mutual time.



A *new deadline* has been set for the chapter proposal (*Friday, October 9*).
Since we have approximately one week until this date, we could now
reschedule the online meeting so that more of us have chance to attend.



Therefore, *the TF online meeting will be organized next week*. If you
would like to participate, please indicate your availability in the Doodle
poll (http://doodle.com/poll/vv4qd2xchrgs6xzs) as soon as possible (by
Saturday, October 3).



I will soon send the agenda.

Subject: Updating News – Springer Editorial Book and Chapter Proposal

Dear colleagues,



I hope you enjoyed your vacation time and are with renewed energy to begin
this new semester.



As it has been a while since our last talk, I would like to share with you
some exciting news about our book chapter:



1st) Prof. Pedro A. and Prof. Atanas G. have just started organizing a
proposal for editing the book by Springer. The book will be entitled:

*3D Visual Content Creation, Coding and Transmission over Future Media
Networks*



2nd) They have defined a strict deadline for submitting a proposal for the
chapter: *September 30th (this Wednesday)*. Since we are a large group of
authors, it would be convenient to further review the focus and the main
contribution of our chapter in order to organize our proposal properly.



3rd) For this reason, we should organize an online meeting so that we can
better discuss and prepare valuable inputs for the chapter proposal.

To plan a *TF online meeting for the beginning of next week*, I kindly ask
you to indicate your availability in the Doodle poll (
http://doodle.com/poll/ieg5tnm2nzuvzubz) as soon as possible.



4rd) Meanwhile, I kindly remind you about the contributions for the first
draft of our chapter.

To organize the submissions, I have created a Dropbox shared folder
“TFfolder” (
