morning. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">In this
meeting, we have discussed about the status of our chapter, and about the plan for
delivering the chapter proposal by this Friday (Oct. 9).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">Regarding
the current status of the chapter, the expected number of pages is 80 pages (Springer’s format). For this reason, we have agreed to divide it into three
different chapters:</span></p>
<ul><li><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">Chapter 1 (Emerging Imaging Technologies:
Trends and Challenges) </span></b><span style="mso-ansi-language:
EN-US" lang="EN-US">– basically, this chapter comprises the content from Section 1 (1.1,
1.2, 1.3) and Section 2 (2.1, 2.2, 2.3)</span></li><li><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">Chapter 2 (Efficient Depth-Based 3D Video
Representation and Coding)</span></b><span style="mso-ansi-language:
EN-US" lang="EN-US"> – This chapter comprises Section 3 (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) and
Section 5.2</span></li><li><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">Chapter 3 (Lightfield Image and Video
Compression)</span></b><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US"> – This
chapter comprises Section 4 (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) and Section
5.1</span></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-ansi-language:EN-US" lang="EN-US">To finish the proposals, a summary with 300-500 words is required. As agreed in the
meeting, I kindly ask you to write (at the corresponding document) a <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">small
paragraph</b> summarizing your contribution in each chapter <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal">by tomorrow (Thursday, October 8)</b>.</span></p>
