O IT realizou um inquérito para avaliar a satisfação dos colaboradores com as condições de trabalho oferecidas pela instituição. Este estudo teve como objetivo recolher informações sobre: condições de trabalho, o equilíbrio entre vida profissional e pessoal e a igualdade de género dentro da instituição. Os resultados visam responder aos requisitos do Plano de Igualdade de Género (Gender Equality Plan - GEP) do Instituto de Telecomunicações, bem como a aspetos da gestão de Recursos Humanos, nomeadamente requisitos de Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho (HST).

O relatório com os resultados do inquérito encontra-se em anexo.

IT conducted a survey to assess employee satisfaction with its working conditions. The study aimed to gather insights on working conditions, work-life balance, and gender equality within the institution. The findings were intended to provide information to management regarding the requirements of the Gender Equality Plan (GEP) and key aspects of HR management, including the requirements for Hygiene and Safety at Work (HST).
