[Coregroup-3d-coding] Joint Paper - First Draft

First of all, I would like to thank everybody for sending your topics and
suggestions for our joint paper on “Trends and Challenges on 3D Visual
Coding”.


Please find attached the paper's first draft with the suggested Table of
Contents.

Please feel free to make amendments to it, to include your name in a
section you are able contribute to, as well as to suggest any items you
wish to add.


I would very much appreciate if you could send your contributions by *MONDAY
13 APRIL*, for us to have this paper finished before our next 3D-ConTourNet
meeting (at beginning of May).
