[Coregroup-3d-coding] Renaming “Core Group” and Budget for Meetings

Dear colleagues,



I would like to update you with two important pieces of information:



1) According to the Science Officer in charge of 3D-ConTourNet, we should
avoid the name "Core Group" because the definition of Core groups in the
COST guidelines is not the same as our Core Groups. Therefore, it has been
renamed to "Task Force".

There is a possibility for changing the e-mail reflector to one that will
be created for each Task Force. However, for now, we will continue to use
the old name “coregroup-3d-coding”.



2) It has been agreed by the Science Officer the possibility for funding
one meeting for each Task Force. The meeting has to be requested for
approval with a minimum of 3-4 weeks.

This would help organizing activities between members. Please feel free to
suggest new agenda items and meetings for this Task Force.
